There are two ways on how to delete a customer.

    Option 1:

    1. Go to the Sales menu at the left panel, then pick the Customers tab.

    2. Choose a customer, then on the Customer Details tab, click Edit.

    3. Select Make inactive at the button, then Yes to confirm the deletion.

    Option 2:

    1. Go back to the Customers tab, then put a check mark on the box beside the customer's name.

    2. Click the Batch actions drop-down, then choose make inactive.

    3. Select Yes to confirm the deletion.

    There you have it!

I hope both these methods will be helpful!
